A well eqipped traditional cottage, with lovely views from the bedroom and lounge.

Bosun's is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage situated midway along West Street at No. 40, within easy, fairly level walking to the centre of the village, cafe, pubs and passenger ferry. Stroll along to the Coal Wharf and sit and watch life on the river. Accommodation is spread over 2 levels with views from each floor. The 2 bedrooms consist of 1 double bedroom with excellent view over the river and to the back of the cottage a single bedded room with additional truckle bed so the room can be set up as a single or twin room, if set up as a twin the room is more suited to children. 

ground floor-  

Entrance Porch/Lounge- A small Porch with space for walking boots, leads into the snug and cosy sitting room, with electric feature fire TV/DVD/wifi 

Dining Room - Dining table with seating for 4 guests, side dresser, wine rack and CD/Radio player 

Kitchen- (unusual shape) Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and separate small freezer. There is a large step up to the kitchen area from the dining room, please mind your head as the ceiling is low at this point.  

1ST floor-  

Bedroom 1- Double bed room, with bed surround storage and river views  

Bedroom 2- Single bed (3') with additional (2'6) single truckle bed, so can sleep an additional child if needed.  Chest of drawers and mirror.  

Family Bathroom- Bath, with electric shower overhead, WC and hand basin. 

garden AND outside space- Sadly no outside space. However the cottage is within paces from the beach and village Quay 

parking- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks around 500yds from the cottage. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both carparks for £25.00. To load and unload luggage the luggage drop off point is 50 yds away at the corner of West & Fore Street. Once here you are within easy reach of the coast path, Hall Walk and beach.

power AND heating- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. Heating by night store heaters. Electric feature fire in lounge.  

PET friendly- YES, Bosun's is a pet friendly cottage which will accept for one small dog  - £25 per booking.  

bedding AND towels- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.  

notes- Sleeps 3-4, No smoking, No parking, in parts of the cottage head height is restricted. WIFI available, Mobile reception varies depending on the service provider.
