The village shops and two characterful inns serving a range of excellent food are within easy walking distance. The quay and passenger ferry to Fowey is nearby and takes guests back and forward across the water regularly throughout the day.  This is Daphne du Maurier country and the acclaimed Fowey festival attracts many to its talks, walks, plays and poetry. Surrounded by miles of beautiful coast and countryside, opportunities for walking abound. Nearby beaches include Readymoney Cove, Lantic Bay and Polkerris. Both the famous Eden Project and the 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' are within easy driving distance.

The living room is open plan with excellent harbour views from the patio doors and additional windows to the side. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sitting and dining area and a cosy wood-burning stove. The very well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a delicious meal to eat on the generous patio overlooking the water. There are two bedrooms, an ensuite wet room and separate bathroom.
