Chapel Ruins Holiday Cottage Polruan is a charming and spacious stone-built cottage on three floors with panoramic views of the harbour from the top floor and close to the water. The cottage has been completely refurbished with wooden floors throughout, all new furniture, goose down and feather bedding and designer curtains and blinds. A very comfortable retreat and much used second home, full of books, paintings, plants and music. 

ground floor- The entrance to this floor is from street level. A large open plan room, full of light, with windows on all four aspects and a partial view; it accommodates the kitchen, dining and sitting areas.  

Lounge: The sitting area with new furniture can double as a third bedroom with new sprung bed settee from July 2014 also with adjoining small washroom and toilet. TV / Freeview / DVD and small wardrobe. 

Kitchen/Diner: The kitchen, in beautiful light oak, includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dining table with seating for 6. 

basement-

Bedroom 1: Double bedded room with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and hand basin. 

Bedroom 2: A single bedded room with wardrobe. 

Bathroom: New modern shower room, with W/c and hand basin.  

1ST floor- The top floor with glorious views is a spacious, very comfortable double-aspect sitting room, with a large dormer window looking out over the bay, where you can sit and contemplate or watch the constant activity on the river. Broadband internet access with wi-fi.  Telephone for incoming calls. 

garden AND outside space- A small patio area now available with bistro table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dining. 

parking- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00. 

changeover DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am  

security deposit- £100 required on each let.

power AND heating- Electricity and Heating included in the rental price. New Oil fired central heating system.  

PET friendly- Small dogs may now be allowed, please ask at time of booking. £25 per dog per booking.  

bedding AND towels- Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring additional T-towels if required and beach towels.
