This traditional cottage lies in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Polruan, and pretty Fowey, with its pubs and restaurants, is a short ferry ride away. The village itself has a small shop, bakery, cafe, and a couple of good pubs which serve food. There is a ferry service to Fowey which runs every 15 minutes, giving access to further shops and eateries. There is only one road into Polruan, which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach, making the village a quiet and peaceful destination to retreat to. It is ideally situated for visiting attractions such as the Eden Project (16 miles) or Ferryside, where Daphne Du Maurier wrote her first novel. The property also offers easy access to the South West Coast Path. Enter the terraced cottage into a cosy lounge with comfy seating and stylish interiors, the perfect spot to sit and relax whilst watching the Smart TV. Moving through to the well equipped kitchen, there are modern units and a handy breakfast bar, ideal for a light lunch or reading the local newspaper with a morning coffee.
