At the front of the property is an enclosed patio area, perfect for sitting out and breathing the fresh coastal air engulfing the cottage. There is fun for all the family, with harbour cruises, watersports, pubs and restaurants, even an aquarium and museum. Stroll across Readymoney Cove and climb the steps to St. Catherine's Castle ruins. The surrounding area offers the Eden Project, the largest indoor rainforest in the world, with events throughout the year, as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Fowey lies at the mouth of the River Fowey in south Cornwall. There is a wealth of things to see and do in and around the harbour. The town is steeped in history, so why not join a guided tour of either Fowey or Polruan? You can even join an owl experience, play golf, go horse riding or pursue your artistic talents with pottery or painting courses. Harbour cruises leave the Town Quay regularly in season giving you a superb view of the town, but for the more adventurous, rent your own self-drive boat, kayak or paddle board and explore the waters for yourselves!
