Perfectly situated, this cottage is within walking distance of the sea, a picturesque fishing harbour and a wide selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Stroll out further along the coast path and you can discover many popular sandy beaches and sheltered coves which are perfect for surfing and sunbathing. Being situated close to the Atlantic Highway, you can explore the whole of this unique peninsula, including Port Isaac and Padstow, both offering some great restaurants. Other local attractions include King Arthur's Castle, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Upon entry to this property, please note that the front door is narrow, however, the cottage can also be accessed via the standard size back door. Once you have entered this delightful and lovingly restyled property, you will find yourself in the lounge, a relaxing space with original features including the flagstone floor and a traditional wood burner in its original setting. It s a great space to sit back and watch the TV/DVD or listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker. There is also a sofa bed available which can accommodate one additional guest. Moving into the spacious and welcoming kitchen, with its charming inglenook bread oven, you will find everything you are likely to need, including an electric oven and double hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen also serves as an attractive dining area. Going upstairs you will find a comfy double bedroom with feature fireplace. Moving through this room you will discover the comfortable single bedroom. There is also a shower room, complete with WC, located between the bedrooms. Heading outside you will find a delightful patio area complete with garden furniture, which is an ideal location for enjoying a lazy afternoon, accessed via four steps from the pathway. There is also a lockable shed for bicycle storage and roadside parking. Additional parking is also available in the nearby public car park.
