A fabulous two bedroom barn conversion all on one level, Carsawsan is accessed via a private drive and is only 1 mile from Mylor Bridge village.  The barn sits in a peaceful rural spot within a 200 acre farm.  Private footpaths through woodland lead directly to the creekside and the area is brimming with pretty gardens and National Trust properties.  Amenities including boat hire, local shops and two sailing schools are at nearby Mylor village and sandy beaches, Cornish capital Truro and the Eden Project are within easy reach.

Pretty Mylor village only 1 mile away contains an excellent choice of independent shops and a fine inn.  Mylor Harbour is nearby with a popular wine bar, boat, canoe and bike hire and two sailing schools.  Visit the National Maritime Museum on the quayside at Falmouth and enjoy a host of watersports in the area.  The Eden Project and Cornish capital Truro with its beautiful Victorian Gothic cathedral are within easy driving distance.
