Just paces away from the harbour, a hub of amenities and attractions, and the beach, Kimberley Park offers a contemporary dwelling for two guests, ideal for lone travellers, friends and couples looking to explore the delights of Cornwall. Park in nearby on-street parking before making your way up the internal stairs and into the apartment. Start your break in the well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare romantic meals for two, to be enjoyed around the dining table; on warmer days, set the patio table and take advantage of your outdoor space. Load the dishwasher and flick on the Smart TV, ready to cosy up for a film night, before climbing into the plush double bed for some rest. Complete your morning routine in the sleek shower room, before planning your itinerary, starting off local in the town, with plenty of shops, eateries, and pubs to tour and benefit from. In the area you'll also locate Falmouth Art Gallery, Falmouth Harbour, the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, Swanvale Nature Reserve, and Swanpool Beach, all recommended to discover whilst on your travels. Pendennis Castle is also worth a visit, enjoying a coastal vantage point, before hiking to the seafront from Pendennis Head. By car, stop off at Penryn Museum for a historic activity, or don your walking boots for a trek and afternoon of bird watching at Kennall Vale Nature Reserve, before reaching Truro, the Royal Cornwall Museum and Truro Cathedral, a lovely way of finishing off your day before sundowners. Make memories as a pair at Kimberley Park.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.

On street parking was straightforward, not a big deal when able to walk into Falmouth.

Just enough until I could purchase some for the remainder of my stay. I had arrived after 9pm in the evening direct from a transatlantic flight and a long, delayed train journey. This is the first time that I have been in a holiday property that has not provided these essentials. It was a lovely property, great location and I would not hesitate to book it again.

Lovely well maintained garden too, which would be a lovely place to sit in warmer weather.
