Based in the heart of Falmouth, Below Stairs is a beautifully presented ground floor apartment, ideal for a romantic getaway in South Cornwall. Our one bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of our Edwardian guesthouse with easy access to both Falmouth town centre and its Blue Flag beaches. The apartment boasts contemporary furnishings and modern facilities including free Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV, iPod dock and a fully fitted self catering kitchen. The apartment has its own private access and free car parking outside the main guesthouse building. 

Inside

Immaculately presented and contemporary, Below Stairs apartment offers open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen providing all self catering essentials inclusive of a dishwasher, full size cooker, a fridge and separate freezer and a microwave. Sitting just off the kitchen area, the lounge provides a comfortable and light space to relax in with leather sofas, a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and modern entertainment facilities including an iPod docking station.  

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The double bedroom features luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and has a comfortable bed with ample storage space. This room also has a flat screen TV and fully tiled en-suite bathroom with shower unit. There is another separate toilet in the apartment. 

Outside

French doors lead out from the lounge to a fully decked patio area with panoramic views over Falmouth Harbour. Outdoor furniture and a wood burning Chimenea are also provided.

Wellington House is our family run guesthouse in the main part of the property which offers an additional three en-suite bedrooms. Each room is beautifully presented with a choice of room only or bed and breakfast stays.
