11 Fountain Court is a lovely, ground-floor apartment near a beach in Falmouth, Cornwall, boasting open-plan living, two en-suites, and off-road parking, well-suited to a family or group of friends. The open-plan living space welcomes you inside to keep up your ocean-dipped feet in the sitting area with a film on the Smart TV. Whip up a delicious dinner in the kitchen, well-equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Enjoy your feast at the dining table, sharing stories of the day. The dishwasher volunteers for clean-up duty, so you're free to wash off the sea in one of three shower rooms.

Two super-king-size beds, which can be turned into twins on request, are waiting to catch your tired head at the end of the day. Step out of your haven and explore the local area. Falmouth has a variety of attractions on offer - treat the history buff to the National Maritime Museum Cornwall and Pendennis Castle, before enjoying a seaside outing at Gyllyngvase Beach. Take a short journey to Truro, where you can marvel at the Cathedral, take a scenic stroll through Trelissick Garden, and grab a bite at Truro Farmers Market. Venture further afield to Newquay and dive deep into Blue Reef Aquarium to meet the sealife, spend a day at Newquay Zoo, and treat the family to a ride on the Lappa Valley Steam Railway.

At the end of each day, return to 11 Fountain Court, your home away from home.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
