Corner House is a comfortable, well laid out, detached bungalow style cottage sleeping up to 4 adults with space for a cot for a child under 2. It has a large corner plot and is conveniently located in a sunny spot between Crantock and West Pentire, a great spot for both the village and Crantock beach. The spacious, comfortable house has a homely and un-fussy style about it. The accommodation is all on one level with a beautiful laminated floor scattered with rugs throughout, making for real easy-living.

The Corner House has an enclosed rear garden, making it ideal for dog owners or parties with small children.  Due to it’s central village location, you are never more than a five minute walk away from two pubs, the church of St Carantoc, the Londis/Post Office store and other village attractions. As well as this, Crantock’s legendary sandy beach is only a short 10 minute walk away, with it's very own lifeguard, making the cottage ideal for families and surfers alike.

Crantock is a small Cornish village set back from the coast close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the north to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.

Travel cot and Highchair available.

Two well behaved pets welcome.

Fully enclosed patio garden at rear of property facing North & East with benches, BBQ.

To the front, a low walled garden laid to lawn with shrubs facing South & West.

Parking for 1 car.

Shop and pub 5 minute walk.

Fuel and power included in rent.

    Beach access by foot is no more than 10 minutes away. The property was clean and tidy on arrival. The owner was very informative and sent through all the relevant property information a week before our arrival, which included the contact numbers for housekeeping. The only improvement I feel the property would benefit from is a bigger fridge, as the fridge was a little small. We were able to get by as it was just 2 of us in the property, but for 4 people (which is how many it sleeps) that would have been a struggle! Overall it was a lovely stay and we hope to return in the future!

    A great location both for Crantock and exploring other areas. The Garden was 100% secure so perfect for our little dog. The house was very clean and very quiet at night so perfect for a good nights sleep. An excellent property and one of our favourites to date so would 100% recommend.
