The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests describing it as clean and tidy. There are no significant complaints regarding cleanliness, indicating that it is well-maintained.

The location is described as good and amazing by some guests, suggesting a positive reception. However, there is not enough detail to fully assess the location's convenience or attractiveness.

Comfort receives mixed reviews. While some guests found the bed comfortable and the stay pleasant, others noted discomfort with the sofa and bed. The property's small size and the narrow staircase were also points of discomfort for some.

Facilities like the hot tub are frequently mentioned and appreciated, but issues with its temperature and maintenance have been raised. Other concerns include the lack of a proper fridge and uncomfortable furniture, which affect the overall experience.

Several guests mentioned a lovely welcome with some goodies, which reflects thoughtfulness. However, as these are not guaranteed for every stay, they should be considered a pleasant bonus rather than an expectation.

Both guests would park awkwardly leaving me blocked in or having to wait until they left before I could leave. On my final morning I was then woken up to move my car at 7am as I had blocked them in having been blocked in all week. I wasn’t really happy with this as it could’ve been resolved if they simply made use of the full driveway. If you could feedback to future guests to park appropriately this would’ve been avoided.

Very very very small property. Apart from it being tiny it was clean, and it fit it's description.

Lovely welcome pack. Hot tub was the deal breaker for me after a days out in Cornwall to come back & relax & unwind, a bit more privacy would have been nice. Did get a little chilly on a few nights & could have done with the heating coming on but couldn’t find a thermostat to make it work. The one issue is the tv signal, tv upstairs kept freezing and to get to the plug to reset it was difficult. Bed super comfy. Decor lovely. Maybe a fresh lick of paint but an amazing & lovely place to stay.
