Located on the outskirts of Camborne, with just the wildlife as your neighbours, Foxglove boasts uninterrupted views of the Cornish countryside, a wood-fired hot tub and an Emma mattress. This quaint shepherds hut is the most beautiful place to spend a few days escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Foxglove is set privately with stunning views in all directions including Carn Brea Castle and Tehidy Woods. As you enter the hut up a few steps you are greeted by the open-plan living area. At one end is a double bed with an award winning Emma mattress, complete with bedlinen and towels. There is a table and chairs for two and a kitchenette at the other end. The small yet fully equipped kitchen has a butler sink, fridge-freezer, microwave, single ring electric hob, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and glassware you could need. A wood burning stove is tucked in the corner which has logs provided for those chillier cosy evenings in. The en-suite shower room is just through a door with a shower, wash basin and WC. Outside the hut there is a decked area with steps leading up to your own private hot tub. This can be added to any booking for a small additional charge. There is a gravelled area with a couple of chairs and table for those evening sunsets or early morning sunrises about the panoramic view of the countryside beyond, and if you fancy cooking al fresco, there is a Webber barbecue perfect for the job!

Amazing stay at Foxglove, Kelly was there to meet us as we arrived; she showed us around and nothing was too much trouble. The Shepherd's hut and surrounding area are at a very high standard and everything was considered. We brought our own tea bags and a few other bits but this was all already covered and not needed. Hot tub was lush, especially at night with the stars. I took some tea light candles to add some ambience. We had a fantastic time in such a beautiful spot in such brilliant first class accommodation. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Kelly for a perfect weekend!
