This lovely, mid terraced bungalow is situated at the Tamar Manor Holiday Resort that lies a few miles from Gunnislake and four miles from the centre of Callington. One of a collection of single storey holiday cottages, designed with simplicity and practicality in mind with far-reaching country views from the patio. A great choice of stay for a family or friends to enjoy exploring both counties of Devon and Cornwall. A light and airy property with floor-to-ceiling windows, the cottage provides a sociable space to return to after a day exploring the countryside. Large comfortable sofas allow the whole family to relax in complete comfort whilst the cook of the family prepares supper. Family meals can be enjoyed in the separate tastefully furnished dining room, or out on the sunny terrace. There are two individual double bedrooms with ample storage, each attractively presented with use of a modern bathroom. The lovely south facing terrace is a super spot to enjoy lunch or an evening drink, furnished in all weather rattan seating, parents can relax whilst children play on the lawn beyond. Tamar Valley stands in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, well placed for walks on Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park. The quaint fishing town of Looe is a delight on a sunny day, and just over a half hour drive, where you can enjoy wandering the meandering streets, lined with cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The beautiful beach at Whitsands Bay is similar distance and popular with families. With much to do and see on your doorstep, Manorcombe 40 is a fantastic choice for a family holiday.

Callington is set in the heart of the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As well as being the home of Ginsters Cornish pasties Callington offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are amazing views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
