A lovely property situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside, near the village of Stoke Climsland between the two towns of Launceston and Callington. This rural cottage is quietly tucked away in the Cornish countryside and provides the ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

To the south lie the coastal villages of Looe and Polperro that have been attracting visitors for many generations. Explore the maze of quaint and colourful narrow streets, made up mostly of former fishermen s cottages. Here one may enjoy a coastal cruise, a speedboat ride or a lazy day on the beach. For a taste of true Cornwall take time out to explore the villages that surround Bodmin Moor and explore the old engine houses that symbolise Cornwall s mining past. Attractions include the Eden Project, the Adrenaline Quarry, Kart World, Sibleyback Segway adventure, Morwellham Quay and Cotehele House. On entering this pretty Cornish cottage you find yourself in the lounge/dining area and immediately struck by the original charm retained in the exposed beams and fireplace with woodburner. The lounge area is a cosy space with Smart TV and sofa bed, while the dining area to the other end of the room houses the dining table, seating four guests comfortably. Through into the traditionally styled kitchen you will find all you need to rustle up a quick breakfast or a sit down evening meal including gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Small freezer located in utility adjacent to kitchen. Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, 1 double with TV and 1 single. The family bathroom benefits from a bath, separate shower and WC. Outside, a few steps up lead you to the pretty enclosed garden with furniture, summer house and BBQ. The perfect area to sit back and relax after a long day exploring the area or for that alfresco dining experience.
