The property boasts a quirky reverse-level living style, with the sleeping quarters and bathrooms on the ground floor and the main living area set across the second floor. Continuing through the property, you'll find the master bedroom, home to a sumptuous double bed and flooded with natural light welcomed through the patio doors that lead outside to a private decking area. The double bedroom benefits from Jack-and-Jill access to the family bathroom, neighbouring the handy shower room, ideal for larger groups and giving you the choice of relaxing in the tub or washing away the day with a scrub in the shower. Completing the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, one of which is beautifully decorated with a sunny yellow décor, setting the tone for a bright and cheerful holiday! Climb the stairs to the open-plan living space, newly renovated with a contemporary kitchen fit with gloss white cabinets, stocking all the amenities you'll need to prepare a delicious dinner to enjoy as a group at the dining table. In the warmer months, head out to the balcony and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining with scenic views across the treetops and surrounding woodland setting before retiring to the sofa for a movie night. The leisure facilities onsite at Honicombe Holiday Park are bound to keep you entertained for hours, with a choice of a dip in the indoor and outdoor heated pools, swinging around at the adventure playground or trying your hand at a game of table tennis. If you're tired out from exploring all day there's even an onsite bar and restaurant, so put the oven gloves down and enjoy an evening out! Take a trip to the nearby National Trust house, Cotehele, and have a leisurely stroll around the gardens overlooking the River Tamar, in which forms most of the border between Devon and Cornwall. Head to the bustling city of Plymouth via the scenic Tamar Valley Railway where you can explore the sights at Hoe Park, The National Marine Aquarium and Devil's Point, where the mouth of the River Tamar meets the English Channel.
