Back in the hallway, the first left lead you into the ground-floor twin bedroom, served by the ground-floor wet room at the end of the hall, meaning those with limited mobility are well-catered for. Enjoy quiet moments in the lovely snug, with two armchairs and a TV with DVD player, and come together as a group around the dining table in the dining room next door, with the window offering views into the pretty garden. The large and spacious kitchen boasts all the essential appliances and more, with a small coffee table in here, and an adjoining utility room where you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Make your way into the garden on a warm day, taking a seat at one of the several benches positioned in the garden, home to a patio and a raised lawn. Head upstairs to find the remaining two bedrooms, comprising a delightful double and a second twin, along with a bathroom too, featuring a bath with an overhead shower. Within walking distance will find two supermarkets with an ample choice of essentials, and two pubs. The small town of Stratton offers plenty of local amenities for your stay, with supermarkets just a short drive away. The property is on the main road, A39, connecting you to a host of delights along Cornwall's northern coast. Families are sure to love being within easy reach of some of North Devon's exciting attractions including The Milky Way Adventure Park, North Devon Wake Park, The BIG Sheep and The Ultimate Adventure Centre, all less than a 40-minute journey. Bude's Summerleaze Beach and Bude Sea Pool offer endless amounts of fun on the coast, with huge stretches of sand to play on, the sea pool to splash in, and a great array of surf schools and watersports specialists for trying a new sport! Other beaches nearby include Crooklets Beach, Northcott Mouth Beach, Widemouth Beach, Sandymouth Bay Beach, a fabulous selection along the North Cornish coast. Stratton is a small town resting near to the popular resort of Bude in north Cornwall. The town is positioned by the A39, connecting visitors to a host of delights along the north coast. Stratton boasts two local pubs, Stratton Stores and a Post Office, with several supermarkets nearby too. The fantastic seaside haven of Bude is within easy reach, and is home to a wonderful beach with excellent surf, along with many lively bars, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
