Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with numerous guests describing it as spotless. One review mentioned issues with the dishwasher and some kitchen items, but this seems to be an isolated incident that does not reflect the general guest experience.

The location is frequently described as peaceful and excellent for exploring North Cornwall. It is noted for being quiet and close to interesting places, although one review mentioned it being secluded and requiring a car, which is typical for countryside properties.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with a cozy wood burner and a well-organised kitchen. Some guests felt the space was better suited for solo travellers or couples due to its size, and one mentioned the desire for a more comfortable settee.

Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being well-equipped and clean. There were some minor comments about the lack of direct garden access and a desire for better lighting outside. One review mentioned a maintenance issue with the dishwasher, but overall, guests were satisfied.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with many guests mentioning the delightful welcome treats. While these gifts are warmly received, it's important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed with every stay.

Lovely Cornish cream tea to welcome us and our Jack Russell loved the doggy treat! Ideal location for Bude and Widemouth bay, Tintagel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Our 1st holiday in 17 years and it was beyond our expectations. Thank you. We will be back.

..really enjoyed our stay and central location to bude and other places of interest..Will hopefully rebook as we found the tranquility great....if we were being picky and this is not a major concern but a bigger more comfy 2 seater seatee would of added more comfort during the evenings...but we would highly recommend Primrose end
