Enter the front of this property via the decked area and double doors, you will find yourself in the lounge which has a wood burner effect fire and a comfortable sofa for cosy nights in. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a romantic meal, and a two-seater dining table is the perfect spot for eating together of an evening. Head to the spacious and welcoming double bedroom for some sleep, and a stylish shower room completes the interior of the accommodation. The decking out of the front of the property has seating where you can enjoy al fresco dining and evening tipples as you admire the views.

You will have access to the facilities on site including an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a games room, a tennis court, and a hot tub. Explore the 17 acres of grounds which include a woodland and a river. Try your hand at paddle boarding, kayaking and wind surfing at Tamar Lakes Activity Centre (1.5 miles). Pack up a picnic and head to the quiet shores of Sandymouth Beach (5.5 miles) or visit the bustling seaside town of Bude (7 miles) with its range of shops and eateries. Alternatively, head off along the South West Coast Path and soak up stunning views while on foot.
