The town offers a choice of three golden sandy beaches upon which to delve into the turquoise waters beyond. Not only that, there is a fine array of accompanying local shops and eateries to enjoy alongside. The town is also conveniently located beside the A39, making it easy to explore both Devon and Cornwall and the beach is just a mile away. Visit some real South West treasures in The Milky Way Adventure Park (16 miles), the tales of King Arthur at Tintagel Castle (19 miles), or the historic fishing village of Boscastle (15 miles). There is also an additional sofa and breakfast bar providing the ideal spaces to sit with a morning brew and plan the day s adventures ahead. The home provides two light bedrooms, the first of which is a king size bed with an accompanying en suite shower room, whilst the second bedroom provides a twin. There is finally a family shower room accessible from the hallway. Making your way to the rear of the property will bring you to the spacious enclosed garden. There are two eating areas, one under a pergola and one outside the conservatory, perfect spots to enjoy a morning coffee or for children and dogs to roam whilst others can relax.
