The cottage is found in a prime rural location to best enjoy North Cornwall and North Devon. Enjoy magnificent cliff-top walks and wide sandy Bude has a good selection of independent shops and a few high street favourites. The large rock swimming pool at the beach is a wonderful place to spend time also worth a visit is the iconic canal and sea lock. The area is also best known for the Tintagel Castle ruins the restored Boscastle is a popular draw too. Also pop down to the attractive Widemouth Bay next door to Bude if you like surfing and other sea borne pursuits. The surrounding area offers some great family attractions like The Big Sheep The Rebel Cinema Hidden Valley Launceston Steam Railway The Milky Way Adventure Park and that s just for beginners. As you enter the single-storey three-bedroom cottage you will find yourself in the brightly lit and spacious lounge/dining room with a TV/DVD video hi-fi and electric coal-effect fire. The kitchen is found off the lounge/dining room and is comprised of an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer small dishwasher and a washer/dryer everything you need to feel at home. Close to the communal areas are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room while the second bedroom is a double and the third is a twin. The bathroom with a shower over bath is conveniently located for use. The cottage has an enclosed garden at the rear with a picnic bench and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Shared with the other properties is a tennis court offering hours of fun. The owners welcome up to two dogs by further arrangement and there is ample off-road parking for at least two cars.
