Perfectly placed on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton which offers a choice of two traditional inns, village stores, a great selection of takeaways and easy access onto the A39. The popular seaside town of Bude is just slightly further afield and boasts a wide range of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities. Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks. This stunning collection of properties is set at the end of a long private drive and pretty duck pond on one side. This room has a Juliette balcony on one side with views of the main house and on the other side a large balcony with seating and a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or in the evenings watching the sunset. TV/DVD and comfy sofas beckon you to relax in front of the warming wood burner. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Stepping outside there is an open area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ Further to this, stroll out and explore the land surrounding the property and the fabulous views. There is off road parking for two cars.
