The area is also a walker s paradise, with nearby access to the South West Coast Path on which you can head north in to Devon and visit the peaceful Hawkers Hut and stunning church at Morwenstow, or south towards Crackington Haven. Alternatively, venture inland and spend a day exploring Bodmin Moor, a haven for wildlife and offering an array of stunning scenery. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from this great location include the picturesque coastal villages of Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Tintagel and Boscastle, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Step inside this characterful property into the slated hallway and, due to the reverse level arrangement, you will firstly find the beautifully presented king size bedroom. This stylish space boasts a TV and a cool and contemporary vibe due to the rustic panelling and detail above the bed. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor, the stunning rustic detail continues in the lovely decor in the living area. This sociable room includes a Smart TV and DVD, and provides the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out, or to relax with a good book at the end of the day. The kitchen area is also perfectly appointed with all the essentials including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and also a washing machine. From here, a narrow staircase then leads up onto the second floor where you will find a cosy loft twin bedroom (with zip and link beds that can be presented as a super king upon request). Heading outside and located to the front of the property, guests can enjoy access to a shared courtyard with a designated gravelled patio area, picnic table and BBQ. Other facilities on site include a fabulous heated indoor pool, a games room with pool table and children s soft play area, an outdoor play area, tennis court and selection of farm animals to meet and feed. Ample private off road parking is also provided. Due to the current situation with Covid 19 some of the shared facilities advertised at this property will be unavailable during July 2020 initially and is subject to change/extension due to any further lifting of Govt. restrictions. The swimming pool will be run on a rota system and limited to 45 minute session per house. Unfortunately, the games room will be closed due to the amount of shared equipment. The tennis courts will remain open, but guests are asked to bring their own equipment. There will be no feeding sessions with the onsite animals.
