A delightful mid terraced Victorian cottage set in a quiet street and within walking distance to the lovely Cornish coastal town of Bude. The cottage has been modernised throughout, yet still retains much of the original charm.

With the nearest sandy beach, pubs, shops and restaurants being within walking distance, this cottage is a great base for a fun filled seaside escape. Bude has long been a popular tourist hot spot and it's easy to see why with its selection of golden sandy life guarded beaches that ring the town. Close enough to enjoy the vibrant night life that is on offer within the town but far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Bude has much more to offer with its many gift shops, galleries, golf course, ten pin bowling, tennis courts, indoor pool and tidal sea pool to name but a few. There are a host of popular must see attractions all within easy reach such as Newquay Sea Life Centre, The Eden Project, The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep. Discover the picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle or Tintagel which are rich in history and legend, or the pedestrianised cobbled streets of Clovelly which takes you back in time in this truly picturesque spot. On entering the cottage, you will find the cosy lounge where you can relax in front of the TV or catch up with your favourite DVD. Heading further along the hallway is the spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, which also has French doors leading out to the enclosed rear garden. The light and airy kitchen benefits from an integrated electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample room around the large dining table to enjoy leisurely meals with family and friends. Heading upstairs to the first floor there are attractive exposed floorboards throughout. On this floor you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. Moving outside you can enjoy relaxing in the rear enclosed garden area, complete with lawn and decked area, garden furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking is usually available outside the property.
