This superb cottage nestles in a quiet setting in Bude, with a picturesque beach within walking distance, it s a great base for a relaxed yet fun seaside escape.

This fabulous detached cottage is just a short walk from a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre with swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path also offers spectacular walking for miles around, and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve offer some dazzling scenery. With the town being conveniently located just off the A39, this is also a great location for touring, and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, Padstow and Bodmin Moor. In the evenings, why not try one of the many friendly local pubs or restaurants. On entering this lovely cottage you will find a comfy, bright and spacious lounge/dining area where you can snuggle up in front of the open fire whilst maybe watching a movie. Bay windows overlook the beautiful garden. The airy and attractive kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need: electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and coffee machine. There are two dining areas for you to choose from. Perhaps you might enjoy an evening meal in the lounge/diner whilst starting the day with breakfast in the kitchen/diner. The ground floor also houses a double bedroom with a door that leads out into the garden. There is also a ground floor shower room complete with shower, WC and washing machine. Heading upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one super king size and one twin with zip and link beds (which can be made into a super king size on request at the time of booking). There is a bathroom with hand held shower over the bath, separate shower and WC. There are four TVs in the cottage: in the lounge, kitchen and upstairs bedrooms. Heading outside, the large tiered enclosed garden is a splendid space to relax and play in. Complete with lawn, patio area and plenty of garden furniture, the garden also boasts a hot tub for you to relax in. Or you could luxuriate in the Finnish BBQ cabin, a fantastic addition to the property, with plenty of seating and Sky TV. There is plenty of off road parking available.
