The canal offers great fishing and Tamar Lakes with its water sports centre is a 15 minute drive. In the evenings relax in one of the many pubs with traditional ales and good food. Also within easy reach are other picturesque villages such as Clovelly Crackington Haven Boscastle Tintagel and the famous Doc Martin village of Port Isaac. Alternatively take a trip inland to discover the dramatic landscape of Bodmin Moor perfect for walking and seeing wildlife and visit The Jamaica Inn Cornwall s most famous smugglers inn.
