Delicious meals can be whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to savour at the dining table for four or alfresco out on your private patio area at the lovely picnic bench. As your eyes grow heavy, retire to one of two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, to catch your rest. In the morning, start your day right with a hot shower and a steaming cup of coffee, courtesy of the coffee machine and instant hot water tap, as you plan the day's adventures. Explore your surroundings, where on the park you can take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, dine in the on-site restaurant, or enjoy an evening of drinks and dancing in the nightclub. If you can tear yourself away, head into Kilkhampton, where you will find the welcoming London Inn, a fish and chip takeaway and three well-stocked convenience stores for stocking up on essentials. Make your way over to Bude, where you can relax on the golden sands of Summerleaze Beach, try your hand at surfing, test out your swing at the Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club, or embark on a scenic stroll along the South West Coast Path. On your adventures be sure to visit the stunning National Trust site of Sandymouth Bay Beach, where you can enjoy clifftop walks, breath-taking views and a beautiful sandy beach, there is also a season café and restrooms for refuelling after your excursions! One of Cornwall's best-known tourist destinations, Bude, is just four miles away from Kilkhampton, an ancient Cornish village. Kilkhampton, with its historic church, quaint shops, and cosy pubs, is a great location to unwind after a long day of seeing the area's famed beaches and coastal landscapes. Surfers from all over the country go to Bude's beaches when the conditions are just right, and you won't find better waves anywhere else. When the tide goes out, tourists can enjoy kilometres of golden beach and hundreds of rock pools for hours at a time. For walkers and nature enthusiasts, the South West Coast Path and a slew of additional trails flowing over the cliffs and through lush green meadows overlooking the sea make this location a paradise.
