The Camel Trail passes through town on its route to Padstow. Bodmin Moor is nearby, as are the Eden Project (11 miles), Falmouth's National Maritime Museum (30 miles), and Padstow (16 miles) with its bars and eateries. Lanhydrock House, Fowey, Charlestown with its Tall Ships, The Eden Project, and Lostwithiel are also nearby. Country bars and eateries are plenty around.
