Within five miles there are a number of golf courses including Lostwithiel and Lanhydrock. The sandy beach at Par, Fowey and Looe are also within a reasonable driving distance. It is also well placed for local shops and amenities too. Both of the property s bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first is a large room with a double bed and an en suite with shower and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds. The bathroom is nearby and comes complete with a shower over bath and WC.
