This property is reached via a long drive and is surrounded by acre after acre of Cornish countryside. The owners live onsite but privacy is assured. With a central position just a few miles from the popular town of Bodmin, this barn conversion is within easy reach of both the famous beaches of the north coast as well as the peaceful fishing villages of the south coast. World class attractions such as the Eden Project are also close enough for a day trip. The accommodation is arranged over the ground floor only, and features two bedrooms, shower room, a lounge/diner and a kitchen/diner. The two comfortable bedrooms consist of one double and one twin room. There is a wet room with, WC and underfloor heating. Featuring a traditional stone floor, the cosy lounge has a dining area, and a TV/DVD as well as a wood burner for those cold evenings, with the first basket of logs included. For additional guests a double fold up bed for the lounge is also available on request. The kitchen/diner includes a breakfast area perfect for starting off your morning, an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. To the side of the property is a nice enclosed garden with seating, where you can enjoy the views out onto the surrounding countryside. Friendly donkeys also live in some of the neighbouring fields. Ample off road parking is provided. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin. 1 double fold up bed is also available to sleep 2 extra guests. 1 wet room with WC and underfloor heating.
