Visit Padstow with Rick Stein s legendary seafood restaurant or head to the wide open space of Bodmin Moor. The Eden Project is just half an hour s drive away and is well worth a visit. This property also enjoys stunning views over the Allen Valley and provides a peaceful stay throughout the year. The bright and airy lounge/dining area is a great space for all the family, whilst a cosy setting for those cooler evenings with the wood burner. There is also a TV and DVD. Here you can also access the garden from the French doors. A separate WC can be accessed beside the lounge area. The well equipped kitchen with slate flooring has many features to enjoy home cooked meals and entertaining options including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with TV and views over the Allen Valley, and one twin bedroom that can also be made up as a super king size on request. The bathroom features a shower over the bath and WC. The property includes a charming walled patio offering garden furniture for enjoying the warm sunshine. There is also storage for bicycles. This property offers ample space for parking and the local pub and shop is within walking distance.
