Accommodation Comprises: Seaview Retreat is a first-floor coastal apartment in Southbourne sleeping four guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Kitchen – A modern kitchen with integrated appliances including induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The breakfast bar with stools provides a casual place for meals or morning coffee.

Living Area – Open-plan lounge with large L-shaped sofa and 50-inch Smart TV with streaming services. Sliding doors lead to the enclosed balcony, allowing natural light and sea views to fill the space. Soft shades of cream and sea-foam green reflect the coastal location.
