Avoncliffe is a well proportioned & comfortable apartment in an excellent location by the sea. Off road parking is always a bonus & the bus stop with frequent services just a short walk.away. Phil the owner, a very friendly man, lives downstairs. He showed us around on arrival. We noted that new sofas have been installed, together with a now carpeted living area. For those who like to walk, there is easy access to the promenade, with lovely walks to Boscombe pier & on to Bournemouth. We really enjoyed our stay & will most certainly return.

A lovely apartment, clean and well presented. The owner lives downstairs and was very helpful. Great location, nice area with sea views, what more could you want.
