Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed.  Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Travel cot and highchair available on request.  Welcome pack.  Rear garden with patio and garden furniture.  1 dog welcome to be kept on lead within the curtilage of the propery.  Bike store.  Private parking for 2 cars.  No smoking.  Please note: There are 4 steps to the patio. .  The Old Stable is a beautiful one-bedroom detached barn conversion which can accommodate up to four guests.  Newly renovated in 2021 to a luxurious standard with plenty of character, beamed ceilings, bifold doors and stylish furnishings.  The property is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with breathtaking views over the Mendips and the Chew Valley Lakes. 

The property is set over two floors with a bright and spacious living area which has a Freeview Smart TV and two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests.  The kitchen and dining area is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, built-in microwave, fridge freezer, quartz worktops, a butler style sink and a table and chairs.  The shower room leads off the living area and is fitted with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin. 

Upstairs, guests will enter into a galleried sleeping area which has a comfortable kingsize bed, built in drawers. . .
