Situated just a short stroll from all of Bath's fantastic city centre attractions, 3 Herschel Place is an immaculately presented two bedroom property ideal for both business and leisure stays. Awarded 4 Star Gold and a Rose Award by Visit England, the property boasts an attractive seating area to front, a spacious lounge/ kitchen and two luxury bath/ shower rooms.

Inside

The contemporary open plan living area has a wood flooring to the lounge, two large cream leather sofas, an oak coffee table, TV with satellite service and a DVD player. The modern kitchen area has tiled flooring, stylish granite worktops, a round dining suite with four chairs and modern self catering facilities including a washer/ dryer, full-size dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine plus a selection of pods to get you started.

A full range of china, glassware (including champagne flutes) and plenty of pans/ cookware are also provided.

If you don't fancy cooking during your stay, fine dining ready meals can be arranged and delivered to your apartment at an extra charge.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The accommodation includes a luxurious master bedroom with six foot super king-size bed which can be separated into two three foot singles if preferred. The quality oak furniture includes a dressing table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and there are modern entertainment facilities such as a TV, DAB radio and iPod dock. The ensuite shower room has a spacious cubicle and heated towel rail with thick, fluffy towels.

The second bedroom has a five foot king size bed which can be separated out into two 2'6" single beds. There is also a TV, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The stylish family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, glass shower screen and heated towel rail.

Outside

The property has an attractive gravel patio area to the front with round dining area seating four people. Private parking for one car is included and there is also secure bike storage.

The property forms part of the Bath Conservation Area, carefully designed in 2008 to continue the line of the original Georgian terrace. There is step-free access from the car parking area and no steps to enter the apartment.

Other Things to Note

Families with children of all ages are welcome with a cot and high chair available. The cot is suitable for babies weighing up to 13.5kg.

Elderly and less mobile guests are welcome - please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Extra parking can be arranged but must be pre-booked before arrival and is payable locally. This is situated at a local church just a couple of hundred metres from the apartment - please note that there is no other long-stay parking near the apartment.

Bedrooms are furnished with crisp cotton bed linens from The White Company, plenty of pillows and cushions, and complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms are from "Noble Isle" (as used at the Savoy and Fortnum & Mason).

Guests will receive a special Bath Reward Card, giving discounts in shops, restaurants and attractions across the city – including an extra hour for free to enjoy Bath’s famous spa at “Thermae Bath Spa” (Monday – Friday)! Please contact us for further information.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more are welcome.

Rates include private parking for one car, breakfast for the first morning, all linens and end of stay cleaning. If guests are booking for 14 nights or more, a two hour clean and linen change is included weekly.

Check in time is after 4pm and please vacate by 10am on your final day. Some flexibility on times is available when arranged in advance and guests enjoy discounted rates at the secure luggage store opposite the station - contact us for further details.

Pets are not accepted and the property is non-smoking.

Around and About

Guests can leave their car at the apartment and enjoy exploring the city on foot with all of the City's famous sights to be found closeby. The Holburne Museum and Sydney Gardens are situated within a five minute walk or enjoy a stroll along the Kennet and Avon Canal. Pulteney Bridge and shops are located a ten minute walk past the Georgian terraces and Henrietta Park. 

Thermae Bath Spa is situated a fifteen minute walk away and the city's golf courses are also located within easy reach.

If you are arriving by train, Bath Spa station is a short taxi ride or twenty minute walk away. The nearest airport (Bristol) is 19 miles away and there is a regular airport bus into Bath. The nearest stop for 3 Herschel Place is the train station.
