Deer Glade Lodge is consistently praised for its cleanliness, peaceful and well-kept surroundings, and friendly staff. The comfortable and well-equipped lodges offer a great base for exploring the New Forest, with wildlife sightings adding to the experience. Some minor issues with heat management and patio furniture were noted.

Guests frequently commend the lodge for its exceptional cleanliness, both inside the accommodation and throughout the site, indicating high standards maintained by the staff.

The lodge's location is highly appreciated for its tranquillity, proximity to the New Forest, and local amenities, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.

The lodge is generally regarded as comfortable with homely touches, though some guests mentioned the mattresses being a bit hard and the need for better heat management during hot weather.

Facilities are well-received with a few suggestions for improvement, such as the addition of a hoover, a fan or air conditioning, and upgraded patio furniture. The on-site restaurant and fishing are positives.

While guests have mentioned thoughtful gestures like wine and biscuits, there is not enough information to assess consistency or guarantee such gifts, thus a score cannot be provided.

This was our 2nd time at the lodge.Lovely location and peaceful . Plenty of walks from the door and wildlife. Just a couple of small issues if leaving a water jug to use please do not leave filled with water as one doesn't know how long it's been sitting there. Also no heating on when we arrived on a cold evening. Still giving an overall 5 score. Thanks to the main office keeping in contact with us due to a change of plans for arrival.
