The open plan kitchen-dining room is separated from the sitting room by a few steps creates a perfect space for family gatherings. The dining room table and chairs are cleverly designed to maximise the space within the property.

On the ground floor the previous coal store has now been stylishly converted into a single bedroom, and upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms and the family bathroom.
