About this Holiday Home

Red Door is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home in West Wittering.  This much-loved family friendly property is no more than 20 metres from the beach.  Living space is light and elegantly styled with buckets of seaside charm.  The property has been one of Wellies & Windbreaks' most popular holiday rentals since first listed with us in the Summer of 2016.  Red Door’s proximity to the beach makes it ideal for family holidays.  You literally have to cross a quiet residential road and you are on the beach.  It is only around a 5 to 10 minute walk into the village of East Wittering with all its restaurants and amenities.  The house also benefits from off street parking at the front for 3 to 4 cars. 

Living Space

There is plenty of entertaining space and the house is warm and cosy in winter.

A large sitting room features comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD player and a woodburning stove.

There is a Conservatory and a spacious family kitchen diner with doors out to the rear garden, ideal for the summer months.

The kitchen diner includes a dishwasher, washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer, a microwave and a large dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Four bedrooms - sleeps 8 (+2), ideal for two families sharing or a large group.

Master bedroom with a king-size bed plus an extra single pull out bed suitable for a child.

Two further double rooms, one with a single pull out bed.

Small fourth bedroom with a bunk bed.

A travel cot can be made available on request.

Upstairs family bathroom plus an additional shower room downstairs off the kitchen.

Outside

The garden is sizable with a decked area and large lawn.  There is garden furniture and a BBQ for guests use and being completely private and secure, the garden is great for small children.  It is a bonus for pets too, which are welcome.  

Other Things to Note

WiFi internet access is included.

Pets are welcome.  Please ensure you have cleared up after pets on departure.  Pets are not permitted upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Ample off road parking for 3 to 4 cars is situated at the front of the property.
