There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, with the master bedroom enjoying a luxury ensuite bathroom featuring an in-wall TV and rainfall shower. One further bedroom has its own bathroom while the remaining two bedrooms share the modern, luxuriously appointed family bathroom. Wake up slowly in the master bedroom with fresh coffee on your own terrace whilst watching passing yachts and ships. Enjoy aperitifs accompanied by stunning sunsets over Portsmouth to the west.

St Catherine’s: sleeps 8 (plus 2 occasional beds suitable for an additional 2 children) in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Enclosed garden and patio with a hot tub, direct beach access and off street parking.
Ground Floor
Sitting room with seating for 8, Smart TV with Sky, remote controlled feature gas fire and bi-fold doors to garden and terrace. Plenty of games, a multi-room audio system which can be connected to your own phone/iPod or laptop, a PlayStation 3 and a Wii console complete the entertainment.
Dining room with seating for 8 + 2 Children.
Kitchen with breakfast bar seats. Island and modern very well equipped kitchen with steam and conventional ovens, hob, dual dishwashers, microwave, proving drawers and built in coffee machine.
Laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine. Separate room for bag, coat and shoe storage.
2 single occasional children's beds can be set up in any room please advise our bookings team at the point of booking.
