Inside
The studio features open plan accommodation with a double bed, wall mounted TV with Freesat, dining table with two chairs, two armchairs and Wi-Fi service. Self catering facilities include an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Guests can use the owner's washing machine by arrangement and the studio has a shower room which is accessed by one step.
Outside
Guests enjoy sole use of a small raised seating area to the side of the main house and shared use of the owner's garden with raised deck and furniture.
Other Things to Note
The owner occupies the first floor of the Annex and surrounding rooms so some noise may be heard. Two border terriers have access to the shared garden.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels and electricity.
