Royal Victoria Country Park can also be found closeby along with Hamble-Le-Rice beach.

The spacious lounge has two large sofas, a flat screen TV with Freeview service and a round dining table with four chairs. Double doors from this room lead out into the garden and the kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and small appliances.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The property has three well appointed bedrooms which are presented as one double, one twin and one single. All are furnished with hanging rails, drawers and a mirror. The three bedrooms share use of a modern bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside

The property has an enclosed lawn garden and there is parking for two cars (available with prior booking only). Further street parking is also available. 

Other Things to Note

Please note that as this is a residential area, noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. The rental charge includes linen, a complimentary supply of tea, coffee and sugar, Wi-Fi service and heating.

Availability

The minimum stay at the property is two nights and pets are not accepted. Check in time is between 3pm and 7pm and please vacate by 10am on your departure day unless agreed in advance.

Around and About

The property is set in a residential area with excellent bus routes into Southampton. The journey time is around 25 minutes and the City can also be reached in around 20 minutes by train from nearby Hamble station. Portsmouth can be reached in 30-40 minutes by train or  via excellent motorway routes.

Local village amenities can be found in Hamble village which is a 10 minute walk away. Southampton General Hospital is set just under a mile away and the amenities of Southampton including ferry and cruise ship terminals, bars, restaurants, cinemas and theatres are approximately three miles away.
