Owner on site and very helpful. Excellent location for walker - 500yds from the start of The Hamble Rail Trail leading to Queen Victoria Country Park and miles of country walks. Comfortable lounge and beds. Kitchen well equiped . Beds comfortable. We have stayed here before ( visiting family) and plan to come again .

Great stay. Responsive hosts. Clean and quiet accommodation. Ideal for Hamble station, a 5 min walk. Room to park and short walk to coast.

Excellent property for both myself and my dog, Molly. Very secure garden and enough room for her to actually run around in. Good local amenities and ideally situated for what I wanted to do. I booked again for next year before I'd even left!
