Arriving through private security gates, you'll find ample parking for up to eight cars before stepping into a grand entrance hall that sets the tone for the elegant interiors beyond. At the heart of the home is a spectacular kitchen with an immense central island, granite worktops, two ovens, an American-style fridge/freezer, wine fridge and everything needed for entertaining. The adjoining orangery opens through bi-fold doors onto the gardens, framing beautiful views across Southampton Water. A private chef can also be arranged for special occasions. The games room offers pool and table football, while individually designed bedrooms feature underfloor heating, TVs, generous storage and many benefit from en-suite bathrooms or balconies. Outside, landscaped gardens provide the perfect space to relax, with sun loungers, a gas BBQ dining area and a bespoke Scandinavian Grill Hut complete with charcoal BBQ, fridge, chiller and cosy fur rugs. Gas, charcoal and firelighters are all included. The impressive leisure suite features a heated indoor swimming pool, formerly award-winning, alongside a steam room and hot tub, with plush towels provided and full use included throughout your stay.

Situated in the residential suburb of Locks Heath is Warsash, a maritime village buried at the mouth of the River Hamble within the south of Hampshire. The historic village is home to significant ancient buildings such as the Warsash Clock Tower, St Mary's Parish Church and four charming pubs, as well as being the sailing port for British and allied commando units over to the Normandy Landings on D-Day. The Warsash Maritime School is the leading training centre for over 150 accredited deck, engineering, interior, maritime and offshore safety training courses as a part of Solent University. Nearby market towns include Fareham, located at the tip of Portsmouth Harbour and the stunning community hamlet of Hook. Southampton is in close reach of the village, a port city boasting attractions such as SeaCity Museum, Solent Sky Museum, a Renaissance Art Gallery, and links to the RMS Titanic.
