To the rear of the property is a spacious patio area which overlooks the surrounding countryside fields. With a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the lovely countryside air, after a long day sightseeing. Nearby attractions include the Cotswold Wildlife Park and gardens, which features 160 acre parkland open to the public and would make a fantastic day trip for families. Housing more than 260 animal species - so much to see and learn here, and is a fun learning experience for you and your little ones. Pheasant Cottage is the ideal rural retreat for small families.

This ground floor barn conversion is in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire and is classed as a traditional village. It is popular for its ruin Minster Lovell Hall, famed for allegedly being the place ninth Lord Lovell’s remains were found in an underground room. It is often visited now for picnics by the river or long walks through the surrounding meadows, as well as the dovecote nearby. There is a cricket pitch close to the property, as well as some quintessential cottages and the delightful Swan pub, a five minute walk away. For the more active guests, there are excellent walks including the Old Minster Lovell Hall.
