The whole house was incredibly clean and well presented. Everything had been thought of and it wasn’t leftovers from other guests but items you don’t think to bring along but ultimately need. The welcome pack was superb and all the local produce was very much appreciated. The products in the bathroom were good quality which was a treat. The Bedrooms were all a good size and the beds very comfortable. The living and dining rooms were a great social space and the cupboard of games was very welcome. The small garden was just about right, the only thing missing was a nice view. The Plough Pub across the road was friendly and the food was good. We couldn’t get into the Wild Rabbit, perhaps next time. The surrounding areas and available walks were beautiful. We all had a great time and agreed we would go back again.

Great position both for exploring the Cotswolds and locally. The Wild Rabbit and Kingham Plough were excellent places to eat and within a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped.

We used to live in the Cotswolds and chose this property in Kingham for a stay with the family. It’s in one of the nicest villages in the area and has access to two pubs and a very good village shop.We have never stayed in a better equipped cottage! There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to the point where food storage is a little compromised. The TV is big but no digital. The little stove is electric and really adds to the atmosphere. It is a warm house. It’s ideal for staying with a dog, there is a good space in the entrance hall for it to sleep. The garden is very safe. I’ve stayed in many, many holiday cottages and this is, without doubt, one of the best particularly with a dog.
