I stayed at the Hideaway for a few nights as it was close to Oxford - the bus from Benson only takes half an hour to get there. Accommodation is modern, clean and spacious. Emma was there when I arrived to show me around, and was quick to sort out the only very minor problem I had - the TV signal had stopped working. The kitchen is well equipped but on this visit I only needed the oven and microwave for cooking, so can't comment on other bits. As another reviewer has noted, the fridge is a bit noisy.The local pub and village store are a short walk across the fields (though it's quicker along the road) so this is a lovely property in a great location and I'd definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic week, the accommodation is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Emma was very friendly and helpful. Location is great for exploring Oxfordshire with several really nice National Trust properties nearby. We would certainly recommend staying here and hope to return again.

The owners are lovely and helpful.Great base for Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Henley and The Cotswolds.Accommodation is reasonable but missing a few things such as a dressing table with useable mirror, proper clothes drawers and wardrobe and a better positioned mirror in the bathroom. The fridge in the living room is very noisy.Food at the Shepherds Hut pub is excellent aq
