Lower Farm, situated in the stunning Cotswold village of Noke is home to the idyllic Courtyard Cottage. This beautiful barn conversion features high ceilings and exposed beams throughout and sleeps 2-3 guests. The open-plan design and tranquil country surroundings make it the perfect holiday accommodation for a romantic break or relaxing family retreat.

The stylish living area is decorated in natural tones punctuated with fabrics and furnishings in cornflower and powder blue. The chunky wooden furniture and flooring give the whole cottage a cosy rural feel, while the open-plan layout means that everyone can enjoy relaxing, dining, and cooking together.

The kitchen area maintains that country cottage feel but with a sleek modern vibe. The white surfaces and units blend perfectly with the rest of the décor, allowing this area to flow seamlessly from the living quarters. The kitchen area is fully equipped with electric oven and microwave, as well as dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. A welcome pack is provided on arrival including tea and coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and marmalade, as well as homemade bread and brownies, and fresh eggs from the farms chickens and ducks!

Courtyard Cottage has one large bedroom consisting of a king-size bed, with the option of an additional single day bed. The L-shaped layout of this room means that the single bed can be tucked around the corner, offering a little privacy. There’s also plenty of room for a travel cot if needed, which can be supplied on request. The room is tastefully decorated in cream and white with rich blue accents, and features prints and fabrics by designer Vanessa Arbuthnott.

The spacious bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a light, fresh and airy atmosphere. There is a bathtub with overhead shower, and luxury toiletries are provided for your stay.

Courtyard Cottage is set among beautiful shared gardens and surrounded by stunning countryside, providing spectacular views. There is a hot tub jacuzzi situated in the courtyard gardens and guests can book sessions to use this facility if they wish. There’s also a well-stocked farm shop on site, as well as a games room, and a wendy house and toys available for the kids.
