Bright and contemporary throughout, this is a perfect Pied A Terre for a weekend on the Sussex - Kent border.. All on the

Sitting aside the owners adjoining Georgian home which once provided accommodation to school teachers, this separate annexe provides everything you might need for a peaceful couple of nights or for a longer stay if working in the area. The stuido is accessed by 3 steps to the front door, then self contained on one level, this cosy home for two people has enough room for four to sit down at the dinner table, invite some friends to over for a glass of wine! With the pretty village of Frant so close, pop to the shop for any last minute necessities or head to Tunbridge Wells only a ten minute drive north for evening entertainment and a wide range of restaurants. Further afield, take time to explore the beautiful countryside and myriad of gardens and historical attractions to visit.

Claire and Tom, are lovely hosts very welcoming, everything you need in the in the studio, but I'm sure if you needed anything else they would sort it out for you, local pub the George inn, a short walk up the road, with a lovely beer garden and the locals very friendly, not to far from anywhere and there is a bus stop just up the road, would definitely recommend, perfect for a relaxing break, definitely be back next year Jane John and little Flo

A lovely annex. Comfortable, clean and spacious. A relaxing place to stay. I liked the close proximity to the Sussex Weald , with the Ashdown Forest and National Trust Gardens a short drive away. Hosts, Claire and Tom gave me a warm welcome. And were very helpful when I needed their assistance.

I'm deal for me awaiting completion on a new flat as I don't drive the location didn't really matter to me but it was well appointed and equipped for all my needs and the owners were most welcoming and helpful so an excellent stay for me. Comfortable cosy and slept well.
