There is a fishing pond near by for guests' use. It is a good place from which to explore the beautiful countryside of the Kent Weald with Sissinghurst gardens only a few miles away, and Tenterden, Cranbrook and Headcorn close by.

Sue and Paul are great hosts - informative, proud of their property and of the local village and area. Pound Hill cottage is a relaxing property set amongst Oast houses, orchards and spectacular walking scenery. The 40 minute walk to Sissinghurst National Trust estate for morning coffee and pastries is a definite bonus of the location of this cottage. We will be returning...

The popularity if this property speaks for itself when one looks at the advance bookings diary. A good investment by Paul and Sue and a great asset to the area and to your portfolio. We would love to rebook should we find a gap in the diary, hopefully next year when "things" should be back to normal re. visiting pubs and indoor venues.
