About this Holiday Cottage

Suitable for large family gatherings, Finchcocks is a beautifully converted oast house in Goudhurst with plenty of outdoor space, leisure facilities and luxurious accommodation offering a real wow factor.

Inside

Ground floor

The entrance area has a Bang and Olfsen TV with Sky+ HD service, seating, access to the ground floor bedrooms and large stairway to the first floor.

First floor

The living area has a further Bang and Olfsen TV with Sky+ HD, a gas heated stove and plenty of seating. There is also a games room with TV, Playstation 3 and table tennis.

The luxury kitchen has a gas range, three ovens, dishwasher, fridge and drinks cooler cabinet. The large utility room houses the laundry facilities, commercial dishwasher, microwave and second large fridge/ freezer.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Seven of the nine bedrooms are located on the ground floor and comprise of five doubles and two twins. There are two further double bedrooms located on the first floor. Two double sofa beds can be found in the games room and all bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

Each bedroom also has a sofa bed or double day bed. The family room also has two single beds set in the inner dressing room which use of the ensuite.

Outside

There is a large lawn for games with tennis, badminton and table tennis equipment provided. The outdoor space also includes the pool house, tennis court, sun loungers, patio furniture, two barbecues and paring on a reinforced grass area. 

Other Things to Note

Pets are welcome but restricted to the utility room and kennels provided. A cot and high chair are available and we also supply a welcome pack. 

The heated swimming pool can be used between May and September.

Due to the quiet country location, guests are requested to keep the noise to a minimum between 11pm and 9am. No music be played in or outside after Midnight. The property is not suitable for a marquee and the maximum number seated for dining is forty two.
